Terje Heggdal (49) is the founder of the company. During his travels he has been involved in Christian work in Africa, Asia and Europe. He saw the need of a better link between the people in the missionary fields and the Norwegian public. Mission & Media was created in order to fulfill this task — initially giving feedback through video and newspapers and lately through the Internet. Mission & Media is now a software business with a Christian profile.

Yuri Makassiouk (28) comes from St.Petersburg where he has been working as a software developer and system analyst for three and a half years while and after completing his education in mathematics and programming technology at St.Petersburg State University. His overall working experience with computers totals to 10 years. He started at Mission & Media in March 2000. Yuri has reached expertise with many IT subjects and easily picks up the new ones.
