Although Mission & Media is not a big company we can take on large projects. We don’t limit ourselves with number of our employees or current contacts. We are living in a big world and like to use the resources that it has, resources that Internet makes possible to reach.

Norway is a small country with obvious lack of IT specialists. Stealing them from other companies does not solve the problem. Today we have to be inventive in helping people join their effort. In terms of days we can put together teams that would perfectly fit the tasks our customers have.

Arcadia
Our main cooperation partner is the St.Petersburg-based company Arcadia. It has about 100 on-site programmers and easily gets hold of new professionals in a city with population greater than Norway has. Arcadia is involved in projects all over the world. Anton Chmelev (22) is another Russian. He was doing his first project for Mission & Media in 1998. Anton is a C/C++ guru. He often does off-site projects for us.
